However, in the rare event of a pricing error or out-of-stock situation after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

All products sold by City Infotech are genuine and carry the standard manufacturer warranty. City Infotech is not the manufacturer of the products and does not offer any direct warranty beyond what is provided by the respective brands (e.g., HP, Dell, Intel). Customers must contact the respective brand's authorized service center for warranty claims. We will gladly provide you with a valid GST invoice to facilitate your warranty claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

City Infotech shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products purchased from us, including but not limited to data loss from storage devices.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bolpur, West Bengal.
