1. Store Pickup

We highly encourage local customers in Bolpur to choose "Store Pickup". This option is 100% free. You can place your order online to reserve the stock, and walk into our physical store at R K Road, Bolpur Bazar to collect it during our operating hours (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Wednesdays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping logic is:

• Local Bolpur Delivery: Fast local delivery within Bolpur city limits. Usually delivered within 24 hours.
• Standard Pan-India Shipping: We ship across India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Heavy items (like Printers or large PC Cabinets) may incur higher shipping charges which will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damages During Shipping

We pack all electronics securely with bubble wrap and protective materials. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Important: We highly recommend taking a continuous unboxing video of the package as proof of transit damage.
